Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team on a full-time basis
- perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in domestic settings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for completing domestic installations, with occasional involvement in commercial projects
- diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- carry out periodic inspections and testing of electrical systems
- install, upgrade, and maintain electrical panels, circuits, and wiring
- collaborate with clients, providing professional advice and recommendations on electrical solutions
- ensure accurate record-keeping of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
Requirements
- proven experience as an Electrician, with a focus on domestic installations
- strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations
- competence in working with Y-plan and S-plan heating systems
- proficiency in carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports and issuing Electrical Installation Certificates
- must have up-to-date 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- preference given to candidates with a 2391-52 Inspection, Testing, and Certification qualification
- ability to interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems
