  • conducting audits, both internal and external

  • dealing with; returns, rejects, and warranties as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers

Requirements

  • previous experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Technician or Quality Systems Engineer
  • previous experience of ISO 9001 would be preferable
  • A recognised engineering qualification or time served experience
  • A good understanding of the Quality management Tools and LEAN methodology – 5S, Kaizen, Control Plans, ISIR, NCR, 8D, 5Y etc
