Requirements

  • proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role within a salon environment
  • strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • experience in upselling products and services is highly desirable
  • knowledge of makeup application techniques is an advantage
  • familiarity with eyelash extensions is beneficial but not essential; training may be provided
  • skills in barbering are a plus, allowing for a broader range of services offered
  • previous experience in store management or mentoring junior staff would be advantageous
  • A valid hairdressing qualification or certification is required
