  • liaison and management of relationships opposite both internal and external teams

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years customer service/ administrative experience
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • accurate numeracy skills
  • the ability to work under pressure
  • proven data management skills
  • grounded team player with the ability to multi-task
  • previous use of CRM systems
