Responsibility
- to design and draft products in Flexi Support Systems and other areas of the business
- ensure the company CAD library of designs are kept up to date and logged for ease of use
- calculate dimensions, weight loading and material specifications
- build price files and produce accurate quotations
- to be liaise with Technical Manager, Area Sales Managers and customers to ensure designs are completed on time to meet customer requirements
- supporting external and internal Sales team with design and quotations
Requirements
- proven work experience working with CAD in a mechanical environment
- ability to meet deadlines
- good analytical and mathematical skills
- good communicator
- engineering education at least NVQ level 3 or 4
- autoCAD: 2 years
