- you will be the primary contact for your customers, providing outstanding customer service and managing every aspect of their trip

- you will develop and organise travel packages from a range of suppliers to create cultural and educational tours to the UK, Europe, and beyond, for a customer base of schools and other educational establishments
Responsibility
- following-up customer interest and marketing initiatives
- providing advice about organising tours and travel to different destinations
- developing travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met
- liaising with suppliers to make arrangements for transport, accommodation, and activities
- dealing with payments and general administration tasks
- dealing with unforeseen issues and involvement in the out-of-hours response rota
- building lasting relationships with customers, evaluating their trips, gathering feedback and ensuring they book again
