Responsibility
- responsible for line management of HR admin/support
- contribute to the development and delivery of the strategic plan from a HR perspective
- responsible for the effective induction of all new staff
- ensure employee training, learning and development and payroll requirements are well managed and monitored
- deliver training as required to staff to improve awareness and understanding of the company HR policies and procedures
- continually improve our recognition and reward strategy in order to celebrate success and encourage staff engagement
- manage the annual performance review process providing support to staff as required
- responsible for updating the document retrieval system in line with the Company Document Retention Policy
