Responsibility

  • to Lead and take ownership of Accounts Payable function
  • process invoices through the Accounts Payable system Omni Flow, approx. 3,000 to 4,000 invoices a month
  • dealing with Managers and other stakeholders with AP queries
  • handle supplier calls relating to invoices and payments
  • control and maintain Fixed Asset posting
  • assist with the supplier statement reconciliations
  • to liaise with overseas Work Centre to matching AP transactions
  • coding and processing invoices for Shake Shack and Head Office to the correct accounts code and locations then sending the invoices to the appropriate people for authorization
