- the Environmental Enforcement Team is a dedicated resource utilised by the Council to undertake a range of different activities within the local community to address this problem
- we are looking for an outstanding Team Manager to oversee and lead our Environmental Crime Team working in partnership with Dacorum Council
Requirements
- have experience in a customer service role, and experience of dealing with difficult situations and customers
- be able to respond and deliver a service within a diverse community
- have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain and respond to complaints in writing
- have an understanding about client/contractor relationships and be able to communicate openly with Lead officers about the service
- be confident in your abilities to line manage a team, be approachable and assertive with decision making
- understand key performance indicator frameworks and experience of team performance around KPI's
