Responsibility

  • the role is a full-time position, including weekends with a mixture of early and late shifts
  • recently completely refurbished, we currently have a very exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our team managing our Brasserie, Rump & Wade

  • A good Restaurant Manager will be responsible for successfully and efficiently developing your team around you to ensure we consistently deliver great customer service in line with company standards whist also driving the sales and promotions
  • the successful candidate will be passionate, with great communication skills and attention to detail and have experience working in a similar fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with a supervisory or management position
