- location: Blackpool/Manchester – 2 days per week onsite

- experience in Senior IT Service Management: Demonstrated experience in a senior IT service management role in a complex IT environment
- service Management Framework: Proven experience in implementing and improving the service management framework within product-based organisations
- supplier Management: Expertise in managing service delivery via suppliers, including maintaining strong supplier relationships
- blended Service Delivery: Ability to oversee service delivery using a blended approach involving both internal teams and external suppliers
- communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey recommendations and findings to senior leadership
