Responsibility
- responsible for all operations of the nightclub and manages a team of employees
- responsible for all sales and operations of the nightclub including sales, marketing, and customer service
- schedules shifts for the team. Assures that all team members work within their specific assigned shifts
- communicates with customers in a courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures that all customers leave happy and satisfied
- monitors stock levels in all area's of the business to ensure there is enough stock on site for the coming trading sessions
Requirements
- minimum 2-year experience in high volume bar/nightclub as an supervisor/assistant manager or above
- social Media Marketing experience preferred
- personal License
