DISCO BAR CONGLETON is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

Responsibility

  • responsible for all operations of the nightclub and manages a team of employees
  • responsible for all sales and operations of the nightclub including sales, marketing, and customer service
  • schedules shifts for the team. Assures that all team members work within their specific assigned shifts
  • communicates with customers in a courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures that all customers leave happy and satisfied
  • monitors stock levels in all area's of the business to ensure there is enough stock on site for the coming trading sessions

Requirements

  • minimum 2-year experience in high volume bar/nightclub as an supervisor/assistant manager or above
  • social Media Marketing experience preferred
  • personal License
  • supervisor/Assistant Manager: 1 year
