- document technical processes and procedures
Requirements
- be able to demonstrate practical skills for Hardware, Cabling, Electrical repairs
- strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- familiarity with LAN/WAN configurations and troubleshooting
- ability to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- knowledge of Mac OS is a plus
- strong customer service skills and ability to work well with end-users
