Responsibility
- to ensure the plant, equipment and employees meet statutory hygiene requirements
- maintain QA department schedules and adherence, including microbiological, traceability, validation, calibration, verification etc
- complete audits and KPIs and monitor the consistency of outputs across the team for compliance purposes
- train the team to ensure that new process and procedures are adopted
- to monitor output to ensure that final product meets customer specifications and to contribute to resolution of any alleged non-compliance situations
- to supervise the operation and adherence to factory quality systems, ensuring compliance with requirements in relation to HACCP, Food Safety & GMP
