- desirable Educated to degree level
- experience in a Planning/Supply Chain role
- an understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain
- ability to demonstrate strong performance in a high visibility role
- ability to adapt to ambiguous fast changing environment
- experience of expediting role within short lead time environment
- ability to communicate with all levels of management
Responsibility
- ensure compliance to supply plans to support customer needs
- co-ordinate resolution of supply problems with relevant business areas focusing on customer requirements
- ensure that planning systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner reflecting current delivery status
- communication of changes in a timely manner to the customer and other related functions
- review of conformance to forecast and feedback on significant exceptions
