Responsibility
- provide HR consultative advice across the full HR spectrum and lead the people agenda
- support recruitment campaigns and assist with gaining great talent into the business including designing apprenticeships and graduate schemes
- introduce new ways of working as well as implementing new people processes, procedures and policies

- provide expert guidance around employee relations issues ensuring ‘best practice’ is applied at all times
- lead on performance and absence reviews to improve capability
- update the HR system, producing reports with analytics, recommending proposed changes
- lead on training, orientation sessions and drive a wellbeing strategy across the entire business
- drive performance, engagement and cultural change across the business, providing leadership and development
- coach line managers with people challenges to help reach a sustainable solution including upskilling managers to assist with better management of their people
