Requirements
- previously dealt with multiple sickness schemes, reconciliation processes, salaried and zero-hour contracts
- experience in operating in a dynamic environment and use to change
- ideally CIPP qualified or willing to work towards it
- strong interpersonal, organisational and motivational skills
- proficient in the use of all other Microsoft programmes
- experience with cloud-based Oracle is desirable
