- digital Sports Group Ltd are looking to recruit a Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join our Customer Experience Team for their rapidly expanding e-commerce website
- the range of duties includes processing orders placed either over the phone or via our website, packaging customer orders and answering customer queries
- the Administrator is the front line for customer interaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as well as an understanding of what constitutes first class customer service
- customer Qualification : Build close relationships with customers and identify customers with potential for sales growth
- sales Order Entry : Process both on and off line orders using in-house and third-party administrative systems with speed and accuracy, ensuring customers are made aware of all relevant information
