Requirements

  • at least 3-4 years’ experience of working in an operational billing and revenue assurance role in the telecoms or utilities sector
  • experience of working in a start-up business and the challenge and reward it brings would be an advantage
  • ISP experience and knowledge of the OFCOM general code would be an advantage
  • strong process and finance controls, with the ability to implement tactical and strategic solutions
  • teamwork is important so you must communicate effectively and build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • functional experience in systems and process engineering
  • ability to deliver an excellent customer experience through accurate and timely monthly billing
