Responsibility
- lead and manage the coordination of the digital project life cycle
- manage stakeholder communications for each project ensuring information flow is proactive in support of project milestones and quality of output
- ensure resources are managed and forecasted for the live and pipeline project requirements
- collaborate with the creative and development teams to propose the best digital solution for our clients
- ensure project financials are understood and monitored throughout the project lifecycle, delivering target profit margins
- manage QC/testing process to validate work at all stages i.e., planning, creative and build, prior to client review and launch
- conduct post project review meetings with clients and suppliers for all projects, fostering a continuous improvement culture
