Requirements

  • excellent IT skills with In-depth knowledge of provision of technical support in a broadcast, post production or reseller environment
  • excellent IT skills with an excellent understanding of Mac OSX, Windows and Linux system administration, Production / Media Asset Management systems
  • experience of using video production equipment, vision mixers and associated peripherals
  • knowledge and experience of using Video and Audio over IP based systems
  • knowledge and experience of installing and working with Windows and Linux servers
  • knowledge and experience of installing and configuring network switches
  • proven Support Engineer: 2 years
  • video post production equipment + shared storage systems: 2 years
