Requirements
- previous experience of working within a similar role, supported by formal training and qualifications within an electrical trade
- experience in managing small team is essential
- PLC / Robot programming is advantageous
- understands and demonstrates quality awareness and procedures in practice
- must be conscientious with an attention to detail
- highly motivated towards safety, demonstrate and understand safe working practices, ensuring that PPE is worn at all times
- must demonstrate a positive attitude at work by being motivated and self driven, by using their own initiative e.g
- has knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and manufacturing principles and able to diagnose and correct all faults/malfunctions in the most economical manner
