Requirements

Responsibility

  • we are looking to recruit 3 Assistant Tenancy Support Workers who have the relevant values and skills necessary to assist in providing tenancy related support to those who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, impacted by adverse childhood experiences, often with complex support needs
  • we are looking to recruit 4 Tenancy Support Workers who are experienced in providing tenancy related support to those who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, impacted by adverse childhood experiences, often with complex support needs
  • you will be a resilient assistant support worker, a team player, able to deliver a high-quality service that helps young people recognise their own strengths, develop independent living skills, and move away from homelessness for good

  • you will need to adopt a flexible approach to working, covering various shifts to ensure 24-hour staff cover. Some shifts will require you to lone work
