Responsibility

• balance and maintain accurate ledgers, match purchase orders with invoices
• coordinate bank deposit and report financial results on regular basis to management
• pay vender invoices and track bank account balance

• prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns
• posting supplier invoices and expense form & assist with processing day to day

Responsibility

• responsible for the efficiency and utilization of mechanics. Ie - carry out reports on daily basis
• ensuring successful distribution of job cards to the workshop and field service mechanics through e-works management system
• ensure accurate & timely processing of all job card write ups and job completion status on E-works management
