  • monitor product and labour costs to remain within targets
  • able to drive sales and profits, always looking for the opportunity to maximise both without compromising on standards and product delivery
  • responsible for Health & Safety & Food Safety controls
  • hands on role and deeply involved in the day-to-day activities
  • responsible for enforcing all standards set by the Business
  • ability to monitor all online food delivery platforms
