Responsibility
to ensure the provision of high-quality support services to vulnerable people living in their own home
to ensure that all service users undergo suitable initial assessments, including support needs assessments and health and safety risk assessments
to ensure consistent application of the company's policies, procedures, and approved practice
to assist in the promotion of the company's aims
to ensure all service users undergo suitable initial assessments to create a road map of planned and future outcomes
to ensure all staff work towards service user outcomes and record progress through the Care Planning application
to participate and contribute to the strategic management of Diamond
to ensure that appropriate records are kept within the service users application within the Care Planning application
Requirements
management - 2 years
full drivers licence and access to vehicle
experience in domiciliary care at either manager or deputy manager level and must be able to demonstrate excellent compliance with the Care Inspectorate and SSSC requirements
health and social care: 3 years
management: 2 years
