Responsibility
- report to senior management regarding the dispensary unit
- assist Dermatologists and patients with questions and support including topical products, oral products and our topical minoxidil products (with additives
- keep abreast of regulatory changes in dispensing and communicate to the Practice Manager where changes affect the service we offer
- respond to patients' questions about medications by arranging for them to speak with the Dermatologist within a 48-hour period
- collect, sort, and evaluate patient medical information
- communicate with prescribers about patients and medications
- offer educational materials to patients about their conditions and medications
- answers phone calls, take messages and troubleshoot patient calls
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 qualification in dispensing
- qualified in Advanced Clinical Practice
- customer service experience
- great attention to detail
- supervising/ team leading experience
