Responsibility

  • support the Restaurant Manager with management of the Restaurants, ensuring all staff are adhering to company policies
  • work closely with Manager, Owners and Kitchen teams to build and maintain supplier relationships
  • coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
  • support with preparation of shift schedules
  • supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
  • ensure all business related tasks are completed and recorded accordingly
  • support with new employees’ proper onboarding
  • monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
