Responsibility
- prepare and cook a variety of traditional Pakistani breakfast items such as Halwa Puri, Paratha, Nihari, and Chana Masala
- ensure that all breakfast items are cooked to perfection, flavorful, and served hot and fresh
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station, including stocking ingredients, utensils, and equipment
- collaborate with the main kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service
- adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
- assist with menu development and innovation, contributing creative ideas for new breakfast offerings
- provide friendly and efficient customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring a positive dining experience
Requirements
- previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef, preferably in a Pakistani restaurant or similar culinary environment
- knowledge of Pakistani breakfast cuisine, including traditional recipes and cooking techniques
- strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
