Responsibility
- plan and oversee the weekly schedule for each consultant to ensure they are properly briefed
- monitor and report on working hours, driving time, fleet performance and accommodation and substance budgets
- make accommodation bookings and plan welfare breaks for external teams
- monitor and report weekly on fleet condition and performance
- plan vehicle movements, scheduled maintenance and unplanned repairs to ensure operational capacity
- manage and optimise Fleet running and M&R costs
- make, manage and monitor logistics of company materials by various couriers, to and from clients
- liaise with internal Client Support Team to ensure bookings are successfully completed
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- full UK Driving License
- good knowledge of Supply Chain/Distribution/Logistics Sector
- previous experience in a Transport Manager, Traffic Planning, Automotive or Logistics Role
- good technical knowledge of vehicles and vehicle maintenance
- previous experience working with Fleet Management
- previous experience with CRM tools and software
- excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- innovative and problem-solving attitude
