Responsibility

  • plan and oversee the weekly schedule for each consultant to ensure they are properly briefed
  • monitor and report on working hours, driving time, fleet performance and accommodation and substance budgets
  • make accommodation bookings and plan welfare breaks for external teams
  • monitor and report weekly on fleet condition and performance
  • plan vehicle movements, scheduled maintenance and unplanned repairs to ensure operational capacity
  • manage and optimise Fleet running and M&R costs
  • make, manage and monitor logistics of company materials by various couriers, to and from clients
  • liaise with internal Client Support Team to ensure bookings are successfully completed

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • full UK Driving License
  • good knowledge of Supply Chain/Distribution/Logistics Sector
  • previous experience in a Transport Manager, Traffic Planning, Automotive or Logistics Role
  • good technical knowledge of vehicles and vehicle maintenance
  • previous experience working with Fleet Management
  • previous experience with CRM tools and software
  • excellent customer service and professional communication skills
  • innovative and problem-solving attitude

Responsibility

  • maintain upkeep of the Customer Relationship Management System
  • approach target clients to introduce the business and identify any areas where we can add value
  • make and receive calls to new and existing clients
  • undertake ad-hoc administration tasks, as and when required
  • maintain regular data-input and administration of key business systems
  • work to improve and build on our client experience striving to continually improve our client offering
  • assist in writing and maintaining process guides and other business documents
