- this forms the basis of all piecework timings for the Uph factory
- work with trained colleagues on site to ‘test’ timings where req for new models, deciding on the clear outputs to these sessions
Requirements
- minimum 5 years work study experience working in a piecework environment
- upholstery factory and frame manufacture exposure is essential
- experience with effective stakeholder management at all levels from colleague through to leader level
