- DFP Services Ltd are looking for a Junior Bid Writer to join our fast-growing team
- to report to the Bid Manager
- you will be required to project manage each bid process from start to finish in a pressured deadline driven environment

- as a Junior Bid Writer, you will support the Bid Team to source, collate and write high quality bids for the company
- presentation preparation and delivery will be a requirement of the role
- this role would be an excellent opportunity for a Graduate or someone with a passion for writing who is looking to develop a career in bid writing and content creation
- to professionally tailor the tenders to the requirements of each individual customer, you will be required to utilise market intelligence, liaise with internal key members of the Operational Team and gather evidence including system data
- our tried and tested training programme has a proven track record for success with all of our Junior Bid Writers being enrolled onto a Certified Foundation APMP qualification after 12 months
- to best identify the requirements of our customers, you will be required to analyse complex tender documentation, report findings to the relevant personnel and translate this into easy-to-understand and high scoring quality responses
- quality bids will be expected to include the current company policies and procedures; therefore, you will have the ability to write case studies and method statements
- proofread documents before sending to Bid Manager for a quality review
- communicate with the Operations Department to obtain information
Requirements
- IT Literate
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- effective time management and ability to multi-task
