Responsibility
- generate Upcycle are the Principal Contractor on an extension project on one of our existing Anaerobic Digestion Facilities
- experience of working as a Principal Contractor site manager is essential
- salary will depend on experience but will be between 45k and 50k per annum
- the candidate must live within travelling distance on Kettering
- generate Upcycle are looking for an experienced and committed construction site manager to work on one of our latest construction sites in the Kettering area
- this will be a fulltime project specific role for a duration of approximately 14 months with future work opportunities after completion for the right candidate
- maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and documentation
- oversee construction activities to ensure that work is completed to high-quality standards

Requirements
- site Management Safety Training Scheme minimum
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate preferred but not essential
- experience in building Anaerobic Digestion Facilities would be highly advantageous
- proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in project management software and tools
- knowledge of relevant UK construction laws and regulations
