Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- respond to customer inquiries related to order status, tracking information, and delivery updates
- provide exceptional customer service to resolve any logistics-related concerns
- manage and uphold relationships with transport and haulage companies, and any third party logistic partners
- monitor inventory levels and work closely with the Warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels
- coordinate inventory restocking and transfers to different locations as needed. Producing weekly stock reports for COO & Head of Sales
- coordinate the timely and accurate shipping of orders, selecting appropriate carriers and shipping methods. Track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues
- managing communications on incoming goods from both external suppliers and finished goods from the Brewery
- responsible for the procurement and ordering of all dispatch materials
Requirements
- proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, or related roles, ideally within a Food & Beverage environment
- bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent qualification or experience to a similar level
- highly organised with the ability to work to multiple competing priorities
- full clean driving licence
- demonstrable commitment to maintaining accurate records
- fork lift and/or reach truck licence
- proficient in using logistics and inventory management software
- familiarity with shipping regulations and customs requirements
