Responsibility
respond to customer inquiries related to order status, tracking information, and delivery updates
provide exceptional customer service to resolve any logistics-related concerns
manage and uphold relationships with transport and haulage companies, and any third party logistic partners
monitor inventory levels and work closely with the Warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels
coordinate inventory restocking and transfers to different locations as needed. Producing weekly stock reports for COO & Head of Sales
coordinate the timely and accurate shipping of orders, selecting appropriate carriers and shipping methods. Track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues
managing communications on incoming goods from both external suppliers and finished goods from the Brewery
responsible for the procurement and ordering of all dispatch materials

Requirements
proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, or related roles, ideally within a Food & Beverage environment
bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent qualification or experience to a similar level
highly organised with the ability to work to multiple competing priorities
full clean driving licence
demonstrable commitment to maintaining accurate records
fork lift and/or reach truck licence
proficient in using logistics and inventory management software
familiarity with shipping regulations and customs requirements

● Produce weekly and monthly Sales Reports on key numbers, KPIs, trends, and forecasts to the National Sales
manager
● Oversee draft and small pack sales to direct accounts
● Support direct customers to maintain business relationships and ensure the DEYA product is presented satisfactorily to the consumer
● Support wholesale customers to ensure DEYA product is represented and presented satisfactorily to the consumer
● Conduct training sessions with customers to ensure the quality and knowledge of the brand/product is maintained at all times
● Work to achieve KPIs set out by National Sales Manager in relation to volumes, profit margin and DEYA brand in the marketplace
● Conduct events with key accounts in agreement with the National Sales Manager and Marketing team
