Responsibility
- as HR advisor you will assist the Head of HR in driving a successful people strategy across the group
- people are our priority and a key focus for the overall business strategy
- the HR Advisor will play a key role in ensuring positive employee experience and engagement are continually developed and reviewed
- you will provide support and advice to managers on employee relations issues ensuring correct legislation and best practice is followed
- you will also have responsibility for key HR process’s such as updating the HR system and payroll
- support the Head of HR with the development and delivery of HR strategy projects
- assist with annual policy, procedure, and company handbook updates
- advise and support managers with employee relations issues and processes
Requirements
- CIPD qualified to level 5
- comprehensive understanding of employment law
- working knowledge of payroll management
- experience of policy writing/editing
- exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- human resources: 3 years
