Responsibility
- with support of the commercial director deliver on sales and marketing strategy
- manage, motivate and develop account management, internal sales and customer solutions engineering teams to deliver on sales strategy
- key account management of subsidiary companies, key export and UK customers
- oversee implementation of marketing strategy in conjunction with group marketing and commercial director
- input into company sales and marketing strategy
- oversee company order book to ensure products can be delivered to specification and on time
- leadership – inspire, motivate and monitor colleagues to ensure work is done on time to quality required
- participate in company / group projects as and when required
