Responsibility
- testing products before delivery to client
- provide support to the team in ensuring the smooth running of an office environment which includes ordering stationery, greeting suppliers/clients, utilities and, facilities management
- provide general admin duties covering filing, updating all databases on a daily basis and management of those databases
- liaising with our manufacturers regarding quotations, consignment orders, shipping and delivery
- represent the company professionally as the primary point of contact for all calls and any face to face contact
