Requirements
- minimum of 3 years’ proven experience working within a busy Finance Department
- minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a busy Finance Department
- AAT qualified
- excellent numeracy skills
- excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- excellent written and verbal communications skills
- good organisational skills used in planning own work
- experience of reconciling bank accounts, preferably in multiple currencies
Responsibility
- processing of purchase invoices and responsibility for the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices and expense payments are processed in a timely manner
- processing of Purchase invoices and responsibility for the Purchase ledger, ensuring invoices and expense payments are processed in a timely manner
- preparation of suppliers and external consultants accounts reconciliations
- preparation of Suppliers and external consultants accounts reconciliations
- processing of monthly sales invoices
- processing of monthly Sales invoices
- preparing payment run schedules on a weekly and/or monthly basis in multiple currencies
- allocation of cash receipts from bank statements and remittance advices
