Responsibility

  • be the person in charge of and responsible for bringing a new nutraceutical or ingredient product to the market
  • develop the processes, program management activities, and connect with the team to ensure a successful product portfolio
  • support end-to-end the product development and commercialization of proprietary nutraceuticals and/or ingredient products, ensuring successful launches of value-added supplements
  • conduct research and identify opportunities and best practices by analyzing and defining the life science market, and its ever-evolving consumer needs
  • analyze and organize resource requirements for new product development
  • guide and design the product development process, and coordinate the cross-functional teams involved in development
  • understand pharmaceutical and food regulations and integrate the regulatory knowledge into the product development process
  • revise and develop protocols and SOPs to facilitate new product development and improve product quality

Requirements

  • strong scientific knowledge of biopharmaceuticals and/or ingredient space
  • excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • ability to pay attention to details and maintain high standards of accuracy
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • working experience of at least 5 years in the Life Science industry in a similar role, with a proven record of bringing successful products in the market
  • located in Greece or in Europe
  • A B.S./M.S. degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field, with at least two years of industry formulation development experience. A Ph.D. degree is preferred but not required
