Responsibility

  • you'll be taking inbound and outbound calls to book in referrals and technology installations for service users
  • you'll also deal with enquiries, taking calls, dealing with Alcove Support inbox, etc
  • there may also be a requirement for an occasional installation/visit if needed to help out
  • full training provided

Requirements

  • experience of working with disabled adults and older people
  • excellent interpersonal skills – you can build rapport with people easily and are a good listener
  • you'll also be supporting unpaid carers to carry on caring for friends and family
  • knowledge of technology and a passion for it
  • you are a strong team player, are flexible approach and have good communication skills
  • set up / repair / collection of care technology in people's own homes
  • good organisational skills, diary management, etc
  • good level of general education
