Responsibility
you'll be taking inbound and outbound calls to book in referrals and technology installations for service users
you'll also deal with enquiries, taking calls, dealing with Alcove Support inbox, etc
there may also be a requirement for an occasional installation/visit if needed to help out

Requirements
experience of working with disabled adults and older people
excellent interpersonal skills – you can build rapport with people easily and are a good listener
you'll also be supporting unpaid carers to carry on caring for friends and family
knowledge of technology and a passion for it
you are a strong team player, are flexible approach and have good communication skills
set up / repair / collection of care technology in people's own homes
good organisational skills, diary management, etc
good level of general education
