Responsibility

  • retention and development of the relationships of a portfolio of customers
  • building & maintaining a long-term relationship with customers and maximizing potential new revenue streams
  • acting as the central contact for clients, field-based teams, and Operations
  • manage and control the individual Customer tariffs and respond to quotation requests immediately to support securing the business

Requirements

  • proven track record of Account Management ideally within ecommerce / logistics / distribution / similar service-related industries
  • focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on building and strengthening
  • A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
  • able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service
