Responsibility

  • responsible for handling customer data in line with GDPR
  • maintain the group email box to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with
  • carry out database cleansing to ensure that data is correct & up to date
  • carry out de-duplication of company, customer, & vehicle records on the group CRM database
  • provide CRM assistance to all staff, customers, & manufacturers with enquiries on customer & vehicle records
  • ad hoc duties as & when required to meet the needs of the business
  • update customer communication preferences as a result of direct mail returns, email unsubscribes, SMS opt outs etc in accordance with the Group GDPR Policy

Requirements

  • previous experience working with Databases such as Drive, Rev8 or V8 is preferred but not essential
  • automotive industry experience – again desirable but not essential
  • exceptional attention to detail, along with exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to finish tasks in a prompt and timely manner
