- desirable Car is a well-established independent car dealership based in Coalville, Leicestershire
- as a sales administrator/receptionist you will play a crucial role in supporting the office manager and sales team
- proficient IT skills are essential along with an excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- minimum 20 hours part time over a 5 day week including some Saturdays
- supporting the sales and buying team in processing sales and purchases
- produce, process and document all vehicle order forms, invoices and payments
- process vehicle sales files and vehicle registration documents
- stocking in purchased vehicles and entering costs accurately
