Responsibility

  • assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • monitoring client health and well-being, and reporting any changes to the relevant parties
  • creating and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of each client
  • collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is provided
  • maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care
  • to accurately and consistently administer, record, store and order medication for the client as required

Requirements

  • previous experience as a Care Worker, preferably in an agency setting
  • A genuine desire to provide compassionate and high-quality care to clients
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
