- this role involves a hybrid working model, balancing time between the office and on-site
- define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- coordinate and direct team members, sub-contractors, and supply chain to ensure efficient project execution
- conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
- manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders
- perform risk management to mitigate project risks
Requirements
- experience with electrical projects in commercial, industrial, renewable energy
- knowledge of relevant electrical codes and regulations
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- proficient in project management software and tools
- ability to read and understand schematics and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
- excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
