  • preparing and submitting all promotions and offers
  • email marketing and communications
  • preparing and submitting all necessary paperwork to promote company programs
  • preparing reports

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience required
  • A strong understanding of the various promotional opportunities available is essential
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience required as a Promotion Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, website or similar role in a retail environment
  • digital marketing: 2 years
  • marketing: 2 years
  • must be able to work independently with minimal supervision or be able to work under minimal supervision when needed for multiple projects at once
  • strong verbal communication skills are required along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the project needs
  • strong organisational skills are also needed for this position including ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
