being the first point of contact for our valued customers, both in person and over the phone
listening carefully to customers to understand their vehicle's issues and accurately recording the details
managing the workshop diary, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a steady, efficient workflow
translating customer needs into clear, concise job cards for our technical team
keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle, explaining any required work clearly and without jargon
preparing and explaining invoices, processing payments, and handling associated administrative tasks

Requirements

A basic technical understanding of vehicles would be a significant advantage
A full UK manual driving licence is required
experienced: You'll have previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
an Excellent Communicator: You can build rapport easily and explain things clearly and patiently
highly Organised: You can juggle phone calls, bookings, and paperwork without breaking a sweat
problem-Solver: You have a can-do attitude and can think on your feet
team Player: You enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team
