- keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle, explaining any required work clearly and without jargon
- preparing and explaining invoices, processing payments, and handling associated administrative tasks
- A basic technical understanding of vehicles would be a significant advantage
- A full UK manual driving licence is required
- experienced: You'll have previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
- an Excellent Communicator: You can build rapport easily and explain things clearly and patiently
