Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • achieving daily production targets as per production schedule
  • reporting all deficiencies and issues concerning Health & Safety, your working environment, equipment, and quality to your line manager
  • assisting in the factory’s program of continuous improvement
  • maintaining and cleaning CNC machinery daily
  • conducting machinery checks and adjustments in preparation for aluminium window and door fabrication, including calibrations for accuracy of machine operation
  • high attention to detail to ensure measurements are accurate to prevent mistakes and wastage
  • checking and inspecting the product for any damage or imperfections in the extrusion/paintwork both before and after machining
  • completing audit documentation and following audit procedures

Requirements

  • must have previous experience operating CNC machinery
  • A working knowledge of aluminium window/door/curtain wall systems
  • ability to read technical drawings and interpret design intent
  • excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • able to work confidently on their own and as part of a team
  • punctual
  • CNC programming: 1 year
