- front desk reception duties – answering incoming calls, transferring to colleagues, taking detailed messages, and handling client enquiries
- welcoming visitors – greeting clients in person, ensuring they feel valued, and providing refreshments
- have a high level of attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills
- have excellent numeracy skills
- be able to communicate effectively, written and verbally
- have solid IT literacy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- understand the importance of providing outstanding levels of customer service, and be willing to go above and beyond to deliver
