Responsibility

  • working closely with the General Managers to effectively conduct all bar and event operations
  • dealing with enquiries and demonstrating the venue’s facilities to potential clients
  • supervising bar and waiter staff
  • reconciliation of epos till systems
  • stock and cellar management
  • security of premises
  • setting up for events
  • general bar duties, including drinks dispensing, peripheral and cleaning

Requirements

  • essential
  • experience in leadership/ management
  • bar and cellar competency
  • I.T literate
  • 3+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry
